The Artourney is a creative studio based in the United Kingdom, producing books, games, workshops and educational resources centred on Representation, Connection and Empowerment.

The Artourney reserves the right to update, modify or remove any content, services, products or features at any time without prior notice.

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree to:

The Artourney does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access to this website. The site may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond The Artourney’s reasonable control. The Artourney accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from website downtime.

4. Workshops, Collaborations and Vendor                  Stalls

Submitting a message or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or any form of collaboration. The Artourney reviews all requests at its discretion, assessing alignment with its brand values, current capacity and safety considerations. The Artourney may decline any workshop booking, collaboration, podcast invitation or vendor stall participation without explanation.

5. In‑Person Events, Workshops and Vendor                   Stalls Assumption of Risk

Where workshops, events or vendor stalls are delivered in person, attendees participate at their own risk. The Artourney is not liable for personal injury, loss of or damage to property, or any other loss or damage arising from participation, save where such injury or loss is caused by The Artourney’s proven negligence. Host venues, partner organisations and institutions retain responsibility for ensuring appropriate public liability insurance and safety measures are in place.

6. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase products through this website:

  • Payments are processed securely by Wix or the relevant payment provider.

  • The Artourney does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled according to the policy of the sales platform through which the purchase was made (for example, Wix, Amazon, or a third‑party marketplace). The Artourney’s own refund policy, where stated, applies to direct sales.

All books, illustrations, games, text, images, branding, course materials and other creative works on this website are the intellectual property of The Artourney, unless otherwise stated. 8. Submission of Ideas and Collaboration              Requests

By submitting any ideas, concepts, proposals, materials or feedback through the contact form, email or any other channel, you confirm that you have the right to share them. Submission does not create any obligation of confidentiality, ownership, partnership, or expectation of collaboration unless explicitly agreed in writing by both parties.

  • The Artourney’s total aggregate liability for any direct loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in connection with the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

  • The Artourney is not liable for any loss or damage caused by third‑party platforms, payment processors, or external venues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits The Artourney’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

14. Force Majeure

The Artourney shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to perform if such event is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, pandemic, emergency, significant unforeseen transport network failure, or governmental restriction. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 10 working days. If you do not receive a reply within that time, particularly for collaboration proposals, please understand that it simply means it is not the right time.
